Contemporary cloth binding with gilt tooled title and border to spine. Two stories bound together. Engraved frontispiece and pictorial vignette (appears to have been coloured in) to title page of Vol I. Engraved frontispiece and engraved title page to Vol II. Both volumes illustrated throughout. Cover is a little rubbed, spine slightly faded. Pages a little toned and thumbed in pages but otherwise clean and intact. Cracking to gutter visible to centre of text block. 104 + 103 pp. Fabulous little volume, scarce and quirky!
